Staying at the hotel was a delightful surprise. The rooms were spotless and offered fantastic views, making the stay comfortable. The service exceeded expectations, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. The hotel offers stunning views across the sound to Kintyre in its rooms, which unfortunately were very hot with no way to cool them down. The lack of daily room servicing was disappointing, and having to request towels and provisions for a 3-night stay seemed inconvenient. However, the friendly and accommodating service added warmth to the experience.
